Firefly Grill hosted the CEO Class as they learned about dining etiquette from Madalaine McDaniel. Madalaine touched on the process of creating her blog, her YouTube channel, and publishing her cookbook, Lakeside Table. Dining etiquette is an important trait as it creates a positive and respectful dining experience for all parties involved. Madalaine did a great job incorporating potential business scenarios the students may face in their futures that revolve around a meal, such as an interview.
