About My Business
Christa Schwinke, owner of Piece By Piece Puzzles, loves to put puzzles together with her family. This sparked the idea of creating puzzles so other families can share the same hobby. Her puzzles focus on the historical beauty in the Effingham and Teutopolis communities, while reaching out to those who have pride in their faith as well. From young to old, anyone can participate in revealing the hidden picture. The goal of Piece by Piece Puzzles is to bring families together one piece at a time. My Featured Journal Entries
"We heard from the College panel for the second half of class. I really liked that especially since it was relevant to where we are now. Now a lot of us all know where we are going to school and the little details are important to us. I remember when I didn’t know where I was going, I did not want to think of the little details because it was to much to worry about. I needed to take in a little at a time."

"Todd Anderson had the same selling viewpoint as Stacia Bloemer from The Thomas Shop. With his rings, they are more expensive than chain jewelry, but they are hand picked . Mr. Anderson also works to provide a personal relationship between the customer and the seller. With family owned businesses, they actually care about their customers and each face has a story, they are not just another sale. I have learned a lot about customer service throughout CEO. I will definitely need to incorporate this with my personal business."

"Bev Soldtwedel came and talked to us about how to introduce a speaker. This will be useful for the CEO experience for those who have to do that. Also it will help me out later in life if I ever have to do this. I like how CEO helps prepare us for the future."

"Norma Lansing's presentation on the Effingham Chamber of Commerce made me realize that we really have a lot to offer in this community. We have good schools, strong businesses, and job availabilities. We are also a community that works together, almost like a big family. We also are a big faith community which also helps bring us together."
