"If you don’t know something, just ask. If you don’t ask, then you run the chance of making a huge financial mistake. I think that’s what CEO is trying to teach us. We have been trained not to ask questions because the information is always given to us, but that’s not how the real world is. In order to be successful, you have to go beyond and ask to learn. I think he may have talked about his failures or mess ups in life more than he did his successes. I knew he was successful, so when he talked about his failures, it made him so much more relatable. My biggest takeaway from Monday is the best leaders don’t have the best answers, but they do have the best questions."
