The CEO students spent two mornings touring the John Boos & Co. plants. The business was founded in 1887 and has continued to grow into the successful company it is today. The students enjoyed learning about their growth and their plans for the future. At the wood plant, they were able to witness all of the steps from when a wood shipment comes in, to when the final product is packaged. Many of the students were familiar with the John Boos name before the tour, but they left with a new found appreciation of the business.
