Mentor Testimonials
"The Effingham County CEO Mentoring Program allows me to give a little something back to our Community, while witnessing our next generation of hard-working leaders develop. I also enjoy the Mentoring Program for the fresh perspective it brings to our business and the way it energizes the day. Thanks for the opportunity!"
"I truly enjoy being a mentor in the Effingham County CEO program as it gives me the opportunity to work with our next generation of leaders. Those enrolled in the class will have a significant head start on their peers as they formulate visions for their future. I am excited to have a small roll through the CEO mentor/protégé relationship to provide feedback and guidance from my experiences."
"It helps me be the best part of the person I put myself out there to be…trustworthy, ethical, reliable and creative. I get to be there from the start of my protégés professional voyage and look forward to being a beacon of knowledge and a pillar of support throughout her journey. Mentoring leads to networking and forming new professional relationships, profound knowledge in new areas, new and exciting experiences and a greater sense of purpose in life. Mentoring is perfect for those whose main driving force is to have meaning in everything they do in life and to be swathed in the energy the younger generation exudes. I am blessed to be a part of the Effingham County mentoring program for the 2017 CEO class."
