Learning the difference between frozen custard and ice cream is an annual takeaway after visiting Culver’s. Chris Debolt introduced the students to the Culver’s franchise and what it is like operating as a franchisee. The students were interested to learn how Chris continues to think out of the box to improve customer service, while also putting a heavy focus on the work culture for his team members.
