A dream to provide employment to high school students and become a local option for ice cream is was lead Truman Rhodes to establish Rhodsies Ice Cream & More.   What began as a mobile food-vendor concept, led to an established business located just off route 33 in Beecher City, IL. 

Truman Rhodes was a participant in the Effingham County CEO Class of 2018.
