A full week of CEO provided two valuable workdays for the class business. The students are now beginning to establish deadlines and create timelines to achieve their business launch goals.

Fayette County and Clay County CEO joined the Effingham class at The Arena Trampoline Park. Darren Rennels shared his journey of identifying a community need and the efforts required to open the doors. The remainder of the morning was spent enjoying the various attractions.

Longtime CEO advocate, Dean Samuel, recounted some of his life adventures and encouraged students to embrace the upcoming chapter of their lives. He also engaged them with challenges that made them think outside the box.

The week concluded with a marketing presentation by Teutopolis native, Allison Niendiek. As the Director of Marketing for Rosenbauer America, she offered incredible insights drawn from her diverse career experiences.
