Last week offered a variety of experiences for the group. Kicking off with the final Mentor Hustle of the year, the students and their mentors dedicated their time to developing strategies for the upcoming Trade Show.

The students had the opportunity to observe the flour milling process up close during a tour of Siemer Milling Company, where they also listened to various department leaders share insights about their roles.

Pitching their businesses at the local BNI chapter provided excellent practice and a fantastic networking opportunity.

The week wrapped up with the annual trip to the Cincinnati Reds. The class toured the stadium, learned from the leadership team, did some job shadowing, and enjoyed part of a game. Effingham CEO is fortunate to carry on the tradition started by Mr. Lindvahl.
