The week began with an overview of essential logistical details, including a review of the handbook, available class resources, and the completion of a DISC assessment. Effingham CEO welcomed neighboring programs to hear Bob Schultz's inspiring presentation on stepping outside their comfort zones. The week concluded with their first business visit of the year to Wright’s Furniture in Dieterich.
