What a variety of events unfolded in the CEO world last week! The week started with an exciting trip to Champaign. The first stop was Chick-fil-A, where owner/operator Daniel Harrison shared his journey and insights into becoming a Chick-fil-A operator. Following this, the students toured Campus Ink, guided by co-founder Steven Farag, who has expanded Campus Ink into collegiate Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) merchandise, even securing an investment from Mark Cuban. The day concluded with team-building activities in the Escape Rooms at CU Adventures in Time & Space.
The remainder of the week featured a business workday for the class, during which the leadership team was elected. The students ventured into the community, delivering invitations to CEO investors for the annual Thanksgiving Gathering. Jim and Bob Hecht, along with Lori Worman, offered tours of Dan Hecht Chevrolet and Toyota. The week wrapped up with a regional networking event that included guest speaker Ryan Palmer, who shared valuable marketing insights.
