“Mrs. Bloemer from the Thomas Shop was full of energy. I liked how she loves competition because it makes her work harder. Her biggest competitor is the internet so she provides the excellent customer service you can’t get online. One thing that really stuck out to me was when she said to always be smiling because people will notice and remember you!”

"If you don’t like the way something is then change it. Don’t complain just fix the problem. If you can’t fix the problem, you still shouldn’t complain.Nothing good comes from complaining and nobody wants to be around someone who is negative all the time. However, you shouldn’t be quiet and endure a situation if it is wrong.Sometimes you don’t know how bad aIf you dsituation was until you leave it. You need a friend that is looking out for you and knows when to interfere on your behalf."
