Sam Thompson

About Me

As a senior at Effingham High School, Sam Thompson is a member of student council, high honor roll, and many other clubs and organizations offered at Effingham. He plays spring baseball and is also a member of National Honor Society and the Society for Academic Achievement. This past summer, Sam worked at Lorenz Supply Company in Mattoon, umpired for the Effingham Park District, and umpired travel ball tournaments. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out with his friends, and watching the Dodgers play baseball. Next year, Sam plans to either attend Lake Land College or Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Sam Thompson is the owner and operator of his sole proprietorship, Flip Clips. Flip Clips is a business which sells personalized money clips for a competitive price. Customers can choose from three different colors along with almost any type of design, symbol, or wording they can think of.
