About Me

Will Thoele is involved in many activities during his senior year at Dieterich High School. He is the president of the tech club and captain of the scholar bowl team. He has attended the WYSE program to the state level, earning 2nd in engineering graphics at sectionals. He was appointed alderman at Illinois Premier Boys State, a leadership program. He currently runs a podcast, the Grand Conspiracy, with Joseph Niemerg. In his free time, Will likes to read, spend time with his friends, and listen to music. After high school, he plans to major in history or engineering.

Morning Flour is a bakery that specializes in french bread, naan, and banana bread. At Morning Flour, they know that fresh, healthy ingredients are important when feeding your family. They also know that you don't have time to do it all. That's why owner and baker, Will Thoele, is passionate about baking each loaf with fresh ingredients, and with the great care and patience required to bake quality bread. Will hopes that, in some small way, Morning Flour can bring health and joy to your family.In the coming years, Will plans to attend Lake Land College, then study History and Theology at a four-year university. He will, of course, continue to bake delicious bread for his friends and family along the way.
