Rosie Markham

About Me

Rosie Markham is currently a senior at Effingham High School. After moving to Effingham her junior year, she is involved in her high school marching band as a part of the colorguard, and enjoys participating in school plays and musicals as part of the theater club. In her free time, she enjoys singing and decorating her room, as well as taking naps with her cats. Once she graduates, Rosie plans to attend a four year college on track to become a forensic pathologist.

About My Business

Black hole mochi is a homemade mochi company that seeks to bring the experience of a traditional Japanese dessert with a unique twist to Effingham. Our take on the eastern treat consists of colorful, flavored white bean paste wrapped in soft mochi dough made with sweet glutinous rice flour, guaranteed to bring joy to consumers
