Olivia Raddatz

About Me

Olivia is a Senior at Effingham High School. She is huge in her schools theater department, having her show her love for performing. She’s been involved in the school plays and musicals for 3 years now. She also is in concert choir, jazz choir, and Drama Club. Outside of school she loves attending singing lessons and being with friends. She currently is employed at Pinky's. In the future, Olivia hopes to turn her personal business into an actual career or attend a university where she will study business and marketing. She hopes to own her own restaurant/bakery and keep the family tradition of loving to cook.

Do you know the amount of people who struggle with consuming gluten? Hi my name is Olivia Raddatz and Livvy’s Gluten Free Cupcakes prioritizes not only focusing on people who have Celiac disease/gluten allergy, but also giving people a fun and new cupcake to try.  My goal is to show people that gluten free products are delicious! My cupcakes are the perfect way to show people just that!
