About Me

Kiela Allison is a senior at Effingham High School with a strong commitment to both her school community and personal achievements. Throughout high school, Kiela has stayed actively involved as a member of the Student Council, marching band, and wrestling team, all while maintaining high standards in the classroom—earning High Honors and Academic Hall of Fame recognition for four consecutive years. Outside of school, she balances two jobs, serving customers at Homewood Grill and monitoring safety at The Arena Trampoline Park. Following graduation, Kiela plans to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice before attending the Police Academy to begin a career in law enforcement.

Through the Effingham County CEO program, she hopes to build strong public speaking skills and gain confidence that will serve her as a future leader in her community.
