About Me

Mindy Myers is in her senior year at Teutopolis High School. She is a member of Volunteens, Drama Club, and is a clarinetist in her high school band. She is an intern in the engineering department at Stevens Industries in Teutopolis. Outside school, Mindy is typically working, volunteering with her youth ministry, baking sweets, reading, listening to music, or spending time with family.

“I have seen the way CEO has changed its alumni in how they hold themselves, the way they speak, and the new confidence they have. I certainly hope CEO will help me grow in those same areas. Mindy Myers is the founder of Strings Attached. Her business focuses on the personalization of aprons, towels, chef hats and other kitchen prep items. Strings Attached’s intention is to get people together with friends and family, getting their hands messy without getting their clothes dirty! Whether cooking, painting, gardening, and more, Strings Attached provides cute and practical accessories to keep you clean. Mindy is thankful CEO provided her with skills that will guide her through the rest of her life. “The people I met and the opportunities that I experienced have reshaped me.” She will be attending Southern Illinois University Edwardsville next year.
