"Not everyone is passionate about what they do. SInce being in CEO, I have seen more passionate people than ever before. I think that Kelly Willenborg is the most passionate person who has spoken to us. She works with MemoryWorx, a business that works to test and monitor people’s brain function with cognitive stimulation therapy. This business works with older people, and patients who have dementia/alzheimer's."

"I know nothing about cars and it was amazing to see how the Y-yard has everything down pat and how the employees all work hard. Two things that really stuck out to me was that they had an action plan made to better the business and that the managers read the mission statement everyday so they start their shift positively. Also, Kelly said that there should always be some tension in your business, otherwise if things get too set in a routine and the business can’t stay up to date with their competition, which really stuck with me." 10/04/2016
