"“I love the fact that I get to be a part of the 2016-2017 Effingham County CEO class and further my education in business techniques, people skills, and just valuable everyday life information. I can tell this class is going to help me out immensely in the long run with what my future has in store for me.”

Everything Has Values- "Values are key. It is as simple as that. If you don’t value the right things in life your life won’t be nearly as successful as it could be. High schoolers value some things that other high schoolers could care less about. It is the same way with adults. Everyone has their own values, some just help people out a lot more than others. In the world today, I wish people would value the act of kindness more than what they do. It could be something as little as waving to someone when you pass them or just simply saying hello or good morning. It is the little things that matter. I know in life people need to know the value of money and what not but I personally think the value of kindness, patience, education, or just the more personal things that matter most."

"Dan Remmanga is one of the most outgoing individuals I have ever met. He is just a kind person who actually cares about a person and their feelings. I think that is really important in a person and is a lost art in the world today, people take other’s feelings for granted. The little things you do in life are truly what matter. A simple hello or telling someone that they look nice, it all counts and can make a difference. When you are talking to someone, they don’t usually remember what you all said to them but how you made them feel. First impressions are everything. I love listening to Mr. Remmanga speak because not only does he talk about business but also personal interactions."

"Mr. McDaniel is what I consider a man who is doing very well in life because he isn’t afraid to take on a task head on and give it all he can. He mentioned that his biggest mentors in life were his parents and grandparents. I agree with this 100%, I don’t know what I would do without my parent’s influence. Growing up on the family farm in a little town outside of Newton, Yale, taught him a good work ethic that has helped him throughout life."10/25/2016
