“I intend to immerse myself in the CEO program to learn professional skills and to hopefully jumpstart my career.  In college, I’ll pursue a major in business and a minor in political science; the latter to aid in a possible career running political campaigns.  Eventually, I see my future in business, and CEO will help me prepare for the working world.

About My Business

Sydney Ladendecker is the founder of a trunk-show tea business, The Leaf. Her company focuses on the distribution of all-natural, loose-leaf tea, infusers, personalized ceramics, and tea-based crafts. The Leaf also offers in-home tea shows for clients, providing ingredients, materials, and expertise. More information about The Leaf is available online at TheLeafTeas.com or via e-mail at TheLeafTeas@gmail.com. Through her experience in CEO, Sydney has not only grown her personal business, but has grown as an individual. Having the opportunity to interact with business leaders in the community and like-minded entrepreneurial achievers has pushed her to excel in ways she never imagined. The program has bridged numerous gaps in her life, providing the assets needed to build a promising future. Out of high school, she’ll attend the University of Toledo, studying political science and sociology, and she may get pulled into the political scene after college.
