"It is incredibly sad to think of how little time is left of CEO. I have gotten so close to some people and made some great friendships. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened my senior year without this class. I wouldn’t be near as confident with myself as I am now. I wouldn’t jump at opportunities like I have begun to do because of CEO. I wouldn’t have gotten to meet so many great people, older or younger. I truly am grateful for this entire program and for everything it has taught me so far in this journey. I am scared and excited for the ending, but I’ll never forget what has shaped me as the person I am today."04/18/2018
"The Community Give Back Panel was a great experience! I hadn’t hear of YBNext or Harmony Playground. I think the idea of Harmony Playground is a great concept and am looking forward to having it in Effingham. I love the idea of anyone, no matter what is their disability for other playgrounds, being able to have a playground of their own."04/04/2018
"CEO never fails to amaze me with everything we get to see or be a part of. Whether it be touring a farm, learning about mental health, or doing yoga, everything we have done impacts us as people. We can take skills from every place we tour or from any speaker we hear and incorporate them into our daily lives. I am so thankful to have this opportunity in my life."

"Mr. Erskine presented to us on etiquette, one of my favorite topics to learn about. I had never learned the BMW trick he had taught us: Bread- Meal- Water. It is a trick for knowing how to set up your dishes. I also was not aware that men were to wait on the women to sit before taking their own seats. I had no idea that once you have picked up utensils, they are not to be returned to the table. Also that you are to be finished with your meal when your host or hostess is finished. Mr. Erskine made this topic very enjoyable and interactive."
